Robert is a great Realtor. After speaking with several agents and was told there was no way to get my home sold. I spoke with Robert he came to my house sat down with me. Robert knew exactly what to do in order to get my home sold fast with the least amount of headaches. He negotiated with two banks and got them to accept our first offer. My property was under contract and sold within 30 days. I recommend Robert McGlothlin he is a fantastic Realtor.

Robert showed us homes over a three month period in our price range and in the area we were interested. We placed offers on two other homes before and our offer was accepted on the third home. After serious medical issues and an urgent need to sell my home and move to a calmer environment, I hired Robert to sell my beautiful, secluded and off the beaten track 12 acre country home in a remote setting in Catlett, Virginia. It was right at the beginning of the real estate market crash and home sales came to an unexpected halt. It was only because of Roberts' expert knowledge, creativity and determination that he was able to find a buyer in an amazingly short amount of time, yielding a fair price with no conditions. Last fall we made the decision to sell our home and subsequently contacted Robert McGlothlin, Realtor. In the months prior to putting our home on the market, their team spent time assessing what was necessary to best showcase our home, facilitated all the various vendors and contractors needed to accomplish this and followed up constantly to ensure all was satisfactory to us. They took the time to answer all our questions, provided accurate data to assess the best possible price for us, gave us a well thought through marketing plan, then negotiated and brought us a full price contract with a well qualified buyer from another agency, and we sold our house within 24 hours. The follow-up and communication on all details from contract to closing was great and alleviated all our concerns about meeting a short settlement time. We can’t thank them enough for making this as stress free as possible during this transition in our lives.

After finally getting short sale acceptance from the bank, Robert used his years of experience to work through several potential deal breaking issues which arrose, one only hours before closing, and even assisting the listing agent on occasion, in order to keep closing from being delayed.

Throughout the whole process I never felt inconvienienced despite a busy work schedule, thanks to the effective use of technology, and I was always kept informed of the current status.
